Drop your drives at any location, or we collect them from you. From that moment, they’re tracked under a documented chain of custody.
Our skilled technicians conduct a thorough evaluation of the devices to identify all storage media that may contain sensitive data. This includes hard drives, solid-state drives (SSDs), and other storage devices.
Option 1 – On-Site Data Destruction: Our experts will perform data destruction at your location. You can witness the process firsthand, ensuring complete peace of mind regarding the destruction of your data.
Option 2 – Off-Site Data Destruction: Alternatively, if you prefer, we can securely transport the storage media back to our facility for destruction. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and follows strict security protocols to ensure the safe and irreversible destruction of your data.
We physically destroy each drive so it can never be read again. Where a client needs the drive preserved, we sanitize the data to the NIST 800-88 method instead.
Our IT asset disposition service covers full inventory, tracking and reporting, and we handle data center decommissioning for server rooms and full facility exits.
After data destruction is completed, we provide you with a detailed Certificate of Destruction that includes the serial numbers of the hard drives. This document serves as proof that your data has been effectively and permanently erased, giving you the assurance of compliance with data protection regulations.

You can bring us the drive either way, destruction is included at no charge, so there’s no reason to choose. Every drive we take in is physically destroyed or sanitized to NIST 800-88 standards before the materials are recycled, whether you ask for a certificate or not. In practice, hard drive recycling and hard drive destruction are the same service here: your data is gone, and the metals and components are securely recycled.
